So, its hot as hell here in Miami, and the damn STA's A/C is taking forever to cool the cabin down. The air coming out of the vents is probably about 75 degrees. I checked the Freon and it is up to par, the compressor is not shutting down at any point, and I have no trash or leaf build up in the front of the truck. I know that my underdrive pulley slows down the compressor but does anyone have any suggestions? At night the a/c works like a champ. Please help!

Put some gauges on it and see what the charge is.

Perhaps your system is contaminated with non-condensables?

Your underdrive pulley could be limiting the compressor output or airflow across the condenser, but a analysis of the pressures/temperatures should easily confirm that.

A qualified auto A/C technician should be able to easily troubleshoot it and give you an estimate for repairs.

STACop,

A while back, I ran into the same issues/thoughts regarding my 350z and took it to an A/C specialist. They checked everything to be perfectly normal. The technician explained one thing to me which made perfect sense.

Remember, the hotter it is outside, the longer it's going to take to cool your cabin because the ambient temperature is so high. All your AC components are fighting the higher ambient temperatures. No matter how long you have the AC blowing, it's never going to get as cool as it can if the ambient temperature was say, 10*, 15* cooler. Why do you think it's so much cooler at night?

I know it's not the answer you were looking for, but it's difficult to fight the laws of physics.

The UDP on the ST KILLS the A/C,,,,,,,

Mine actually shuts off the A/C in traffic because the motor gets warm.

I am going to add an el cheepo electric pusher fan in the future.
