How hard is it to....

Hello all. I currently have purchased some hand made head rest monitors. Am curious how hard it is to remove the material with out ripping it? I messed with it for a hot second and do see how it comes apart, but how easy does it come off the padding?



You maybe wondering why I would like to change the material and the main reason is b/c my head rests say. " Adrenalin " and the new ones don't. I would like to make this change, if possible. if not, then oh well, but figured I'd ask.

I think I would just take both sets of headrest to a car upholstery shop and let them have a go at it. They will have all the technique down and it couldn't be very expensive to just switch them up.
