does anyone have a guide to show how much its gonna suck to replace an intake manifold gasket

Here ya go. I just did a search for "2005 Sport Trac Shop Manual" on eBay. I've purchased both the shop manual and the wiring manual for my '04 ST, and they've been very useful and worth every penny.
