Why does my drivers side headlight fog up in the rain and when i wash it? And exactly how do you do a TT? Can a guy do it without going to a shop? What tools are needed? Thanks for all the help. This Site ROCKS

Check out the projects for the TT. It is relatively easy and you can do it yourself. As far as the headlights, I don't know that there is a fix, you just gotta deal with it.

Your headlight probably has a hole or crack in it. It is easy to pull out. Pull it and check it for damage. If you can't see the crack it may be at the seam. Fill the lens up with water and look for the leak. Seal it or replace it.

I had this happen on my '88 T-Bird...I ran a bead of clear silicone around the seam, where the lens meets the reflector...solved it forever...

dgear, i see you have an '04 and presumably still under warranty. Let the dealer replace is, it should be covered as a defect.
