I can promise you that the add is incorrect for an Explorer based vehicle. You will get no where near 3" of lift. And no way will a 35" tire fit. You can do the same thing for free, using a jack, and 13mm wrench.
I checked into it last year and, after talking to a dealer that sells and installs them, decided to save the money and the headaches and just do the TT/SL ... easier, less expensive, and not questionable like the TRUXX part.
(Note: it was a Hummer dealership, and the mechanic told me that most of them had problems)
