Fog Lights NOT Turning On

I went to turn my fogs on last night and nothing. I know they were working the night before so it happened pretty recent. I check the fuse under the hood and also checked to see if power was running thru the fuse with a tester. All was ok. The indicator light inside the car also comes on. So I am out of ideas. There cant be a short or the fuse would be blown. I also doubt both bulbs burnt out at the same time but it was too dark to look but will check this morning.



Any ideas of what to check next??
