Fog lamp

I got my fog lamp knocked out somehow. Can someone help me find a replacement for the driver's side fog lamp and harness on a 2004 Sport Track XLT Premium? Oh, It's my birthday, uh huh.

If it is just the lens broke. Do a search. Todd Z made a lens from Lexan. It wont break like glass.

Thanks everyone. Think I will get a replacement. I don't have anything to saw the Lexan with. The refector is in bad shape and bulb needs to be replaced too.
