ok y'all got me wondering

would a re-flash help or hurt mpg and performance ?

is there different levels of re-flash ?

Yes..Just tell Torrie your mods and, what you want economy or towing or performance. What octane grade you intend to use. You can have 3 tunes for different services, on the SCT Xcal 3.

Some claim better mpg with performance tunes. That means easy onthe pedal. Something I dont do...LOL. So I have 3 different octane performance tunes......You do have to make sure the fuel octane level matches the tune you use.

Worth it's price alone for the vastly improved shifting, and trouble code reading.

Don't expect any substantial mileage gains, I gained about one half MPG overall.

Use only the octane or towing tunes. My understanding is the economy tunes use

the slow and lazy stock shifting parameters. You won't realize how much better

your ST performs and runs, until you flash it back to stock. No regrets whatsoever.

Your right foot is the master controller of MPG. I don't specifically write calibrations to decrease mileage but if you load the performance tune and go out and hammer the vehicle repeatedly and MPG goes down that is the root.

But as the above have said I can build calibrations around the way you instruct me too. Devices are in stock $ 379
