Engine code P246

the "Check Engine Light" came on yesterday so I had the local shop run a scan and came back with P246.

Only problem recently has been a slow to respond oil pressure gauge which has kept the "check gauge" light on until it get warmed up.

Can't find anything in the archives about the code... any ideas?
