Electrical short somewhere in the dash.

It is intermittent but affects seat belt symbol/chime, radio, and gas gauge. Anyone have any ideas of what wire(s) it could be??? After the second start it usually clears up except for seatbelt chime/symbol. That usually goes away after 10-15 minutes of driving. Any help is appreciated.
