im not exactly sure wich elbow im lookin for under the throttle body to check for the crack i see a few just behind and i just wanna make sure wich one it is before i start pulling hoses off

Actually when you order the elbow it comes with the entire tube which you should replace with it. Also you might as well change out the PCV valve while you are there...

Here is the part number, new and old from Ford....

Motorcraft # KCV - 190

NEW Ford # 4L5Z - 6758 - HA

OR

OLD Ford # 4L5E - 6K817 - HA

Ford changed the numbers as they updated the part..

This is the whole assembly, the front elbow is the one that cracks under the throttle body and the other elbow attach to the PCV valve...

The hose is easy to change...

Go ahead and change out the PCV valve while you're in there. It's not very expensive, and there's a project on it in the projects section.
