I have an X Plan pin, now what do I do with it ? Also can I use it to order a vehicle or do I have to take what they have in stock?

You go in to the dealership and tell them you wish to buy a vehicle on X-plan. It can be used for either off-the-lot or factory-order.

can just any joe get a x-plan deal or do you have to have connections??

Ryan--both. Any joe who has connections can get an x-plan. 
Fortunately, there are typically one or two members on this site who can get x-plan pins for other members. Do a search, or just post a message asking for an x-plan pin (don't do this until you're actually ready to be buying a vehicle and are 100% sure you will do it), and I'm confident one of them will pipe in.
