Our computer at home is an old, slow machine--in need of replacement, if the current finances allowed it. Over the past couple months, internet speeds via DSL from our phone company have slowed significantly.
However, I don't know how to tell if the problem is the DSL, the computer, or both.
Suggestions? I don't have another computer available to connect to the DSL to test it that way.
