check engine light---again

Replaced the EGR valve, sensor, and IAC valve about a week ago. Now the dad-burn light is on again. I also cleaned the MAF. Any ideas as to what it is this time? Didn't have time to stop and get Auto Zone to check it. I only have 27,900 miles on my trac.

Did you check the vacuum elbow that is a common problem? Left side of the throttle body cover.

It might be the DPFE also. What is the code that you get?

I had the same problem last week and did all that as you did. Finally, figured out the problem. I had a small hole in one of the PCV hoses that was causing it to throw a lean code. Replaced the hose for 38.00 and all is good. 1st repair to the ST since 15K miles. It now has 48K on it 2001.

vacum leaks is very common cause espicially if there is moisture after a rain

Thanks guys. I'll stop at Auto Zone tomorrow to get the code and go from there. Darn I hate to have to reset everything on my head unit again.
