Changing transfer case lube??

Ok, i need a little help, i am wanting to change the transfer case lube.

But I got under the trac today and there is what i think to be might be a damper weight??? Might sound stupid but how do i get this off?

No need to fool with the weight. Remove the lower plug to drain and refill in the upper plug>

Yup,

The weight is not in the way, you can get in there and change it..... Worst case, Just use a 3/8 extension on the 3/8 ratchet to reach the plugs..
