Changed plugs & wires today ?

Today I tackled the plugs and wires, not all that bad just a few nice words to FORD,:lol:



My question is when I pulled each plug I marked it 6,5,4 etc. The plugs on the right side were different from left side.:huh:



Right Side # AGRF22P

Left Side # AGRF22PG



Is there a reason for this, or was my trac built on a monday or friday and they just through in whatever fit ?:unsure:



Went with new Taylor Vortec Thundervolt 8.2 (82632) from summit, and some SP500 motorcraft plugs.

My Trac was the same. No big deal. That is just the way it is.

Money-saving action by Ford. Platnium on one electrode for one bank. Platnium on the other electrode for the other bank. Guess when you make a hundred thousand cars a year, it adds up, even if it just saves a buck.

Ok, Thanks for the info, had me wondering for a minute if someone tried to change the plugs before and didn't wanna finish:lol:

Changed mine today too, and yes ford used different plugs from 1 side to the other..
