2004 STA 4x4 with 187,000 miles (factory engine/transmission/transfer case)

Had gotten the codes for this in the past when I got to 185,000 miles. Changed everything possible including PCV hose and sensor, plugs, wires, coil pack, Intake gaskets and O2 sensors. Cleaned everything possible including air filter, MAF, EGR, fuel injection cleaner.

That worked for a little bit. Then the codes came back.

Replaced O2 again. Worked until I hit 187,000 miles.

Was getting a bad scale of gas mileage even with my 35s. Managed to burn 13 gallons of gas and only make it 90 miles.

Figured I had an exhaust leak because I have the RT CAT & RT Y-Pipe and there is a common lead gasket that goes bad. Had a shop take a gander at it. As it turns out the gaskets to my exhaust manifolds are leaking on the both the passenger and the driver side.

So after forking out $1600 for new manifolds, gaskets and installation. Codes are gone for now. I also replaced the existing MagnaFlow exhaust to another MagnaFlow set that is less rusty.

OUCH...... Fingers crossed.
