CD/DVD head unit cleaner?

I'm looking for recommendations for a cleaning disc or system for my OEM nav head unit lens. Anyone have good luck with a certain brand? Any I should stay away from?

This would be more for maintenance than repair.

Don't use CD lens cleaners with the fiber brushes, they have been known to destroy the laser pick up. Unless the deck is mistracking or skipping,

only method is disassembly and cleaning with a camera lens brush or low pressure compressed air. The key is using only clean discs.

I got my cd lens cleaner from ebay and it works fine on cd/dvd player but it didn't run on satnav slot.
