Are there any ST owners out there from Canada who purchased their ST in the U.S.?



I have made some enquires at a U.S. dealer on a 2008 ST, and the prices seem quite attractive. But what are the issues of getting it back to Canada?



Anyone been there / done that?

Most car manufacturer's will not let an American dealer sell a vehicle to someone with a Canadian address, it was the other way around a few years ago when our loonie was so weak. You can sometimes get around this by buying a demo with very low milage. There is also the issue of warrenty, you would have to find out if Ford of Canada would honor it. Check out the link below, it is a website for the Canandian Registrar of Imported Vehicles, it spells out the process in detail.
