I drained my fluid then i hand turned the plastic hex nut to tighten and broke off.. Now i can loosen it with an allen wrench. and tighten also. I see no fluid coming out. But my main question is how does this piece come out... Once i loosen it stays loose inside i tried to pull but with no success. They do sell the plug part # 8115 for $9. So this is a mystery. Any answers would great.

    Thanks

I believe it has 2 squeeze tabs on it, so you must turn to open position, turn more and pull..
