PA body lift seems to be the norm....

PA is the one I used. It was simple average price you may want to check out all you cab mounts though as they apparently disintegrate into a kinda dust. I just bought a universal kit and used the ones I needed. I think I spent around 40 bucks for that kit. The body lift from performance accessories will set you back somewhere in the neighborhood of 280 and keep in mind if you do it yourself you will need a torch to make two cuts on the frame for the front bumper relocation brackets. When your finished post some pick!
