Blend Door

Well it was time yesterday to switch the air conditioner on, and to no avail, it never got cold. Darn I say as I just finished changed the drivers side valve cover gasket and headed to town. Can anyone give me info about looking into the possibility of having a blend door issue?

Was the AC cycling on and off ??? did you hear the compressor ? Check the small plastic vacuum lines on the Pass side too..

The AC is cycling, can hear the compressor. It seems to be working now. I had it on yesterday for a good hour and never got cold air. Now I started the truck in the driveway and was checking some things on it, and what do ya know, there is ice cold air coming out of the vents. Its hotter today than it was yesterday even. Glad its working now, but what could be the issue?
