I would suggest not just doing a "static" drop just b/c, after you do that, couple days or weeks will go by and you will want to go much lower. So I'd agree and say, if your planning to go low, go ahead, save the money and the time. Just go ahead and bag it, or to dro it. Whichever you might like best. I say this, b/c this comes from past experience with my ranger. I spent about $1k, for parts and install for just a 3/4 drop. Then 2 years later, I spent $2500 for parts and $2k for install for a fully bad bagged ranger. I would also agree, and say if your going to go low, go big on the wheels or go home. Don't do 20s (twanties) b/c later down the road, you'll be wishing you did 22s (double duces) or bigger. I paid $2500 for 18" wheels for the ranger back in '99, now want to upgrade to 20s or maybe even 22s. So I'd say, if you want to do something, do it right the first time. Don't do things in steps. Just jump the distance. It will pay off, and you will be very happy with everything. But I understand, the pocket ain't always full to do everything, so just gotta take it as you get it.
