Has anyone had issues disabling the seat belt reminder feature? I have tried to do i according to the owners manual, and it works but the next time i cycle the ignition it turns back on? This is in an 05 xlt. Thanks

you MUST follow it exactly, or it will NOT shut off....
PLEASE think about safety first before you disable this feature...please !!!

One HUGE mistake in the 2005 owners manual, third step.
Buckle and unbuckle the clip THREE times, not nine. Be safe. :driving:
