Bed tiedown cleat covers

Has anyone installed, or know about, the "Steeda Logo Cargo Delete Kit (6 Steeda) - F-150 - 2004-2007" tie-down cleat covers; I have heard they will fit my 2010 Limited and I'm thinking about taking my cleats off for awhile ???
