Bed Cover Installation

I purchased a used factory hard cover for 2003 XLT Everything was with the cover except the bolts used to mount the brackets. Can someone tell me the bolt size and length necessary for mounting these brackets.

They are a M6 1.0 I believe, but I am not 100% sure...
