A Question About X-Plan Pricing

I have a question about the X-Plan PINs: I'm eligible. I want to generate one for my mom. The web site says that they must be used by someone living in the same household as me. My mom doesn't live with me, so how does everyone generate one for other friends or family members that don't live with them?

I went ahead and generated a PIN for my mom yesterday, and she used it to lease a new Escape. The dealer never asked for any type of address verification to determine if she lived in the same household as me.

And I have been grilled relentlessly for my eligability on one occasion.
