5 Channel Amp Recommendation

My system consists of a Kenwood DNX5120 that puts out 4x22 Watts RMS (4x50 max), JL 10w3 subwoofer, Infinity Reference 6820cs components up front, and Rockford Fosgate (forget model #) coaxials in the back. Looking for a five channel amp to replace my mono block amp to power all of my speakers. Any recommendations for an amp (and where to purchase) that would fit under the drivers side rear seat and is <$300?

I found it online for just under $300, but I would have to find someplace else to put it as it's too big for under the 40% rear seat.

Dunno. My cost is much higher than that as a distributor. Maybe refurb, maybe no warranty, etc...

I have this amp running 2 type r 2 ways up front and mtx 2ways in the rear and the sub channel at 300watts rms running a JL Audio 10w3v2 it sounds great.
