I'm thinking of buying an '02 Explorer to fix up and flip. It needs a tranny. The Craigslist add doesn't say, but I assume it has the 4.0 V6. Will the tranny connected to any 4.0 fit any other 4.0?:banana:

Tailhousing will be different for 2x4 and 4X4, although it would probably be a cinch to exchange the parts from the old unit to the new one.
