2003 Stereo Head unit upgrade options

I'd like to add a touch screen navigation unit / stereo to replace stock. My stock is the 6 disc Pioneer. The "CD Error" and not having blue tooth , navigation, usb, etc. is showing its age. Is there a way to use stock wiring harness? I have the rear audio controls also - will those be lost or can they be integrated also?

Wire harness kit is available (about $15) and you will lose the rear controls.
