is there anything for the headlights/taillights for the 07 sport trac yet? i mean like anything...covers, tints, euro lights...i havent found anything yet

Don't use that stick on film..... You will have isues....
Only thing is they spray on tint...
Or bake them open and paint..

Film is fine for the tails, but DO NOT put it on the heads and fogs on the second gen trucks.
