I figured it out. The key was to use contact cement to hold the seal in place as the rubber gasket does not snap into a rail.

Recently, my rear power window seal came off. Does anyone know the orientation of how the rubber seal goes back on?

Follow-up: My issue turned out to be a loose brake bracket bolt. Once tightened, all my front end noises went away.

I purchased a can of grease today and put some one the wheel stops. What a difference it made. No more popping.

I always recheck my lugs after a week's driving (following a RoBal).

Drew, I had the same noise on my right front and it turned out my brake bracket had to be torqued again. It's an easy fix and it costs nothing.

Drew, I have the same issue on my 86k 2003 Trac, except it is my right front. I have no tire wear and all the shocks are brand new. You are right, I can hit a speed hump and no noise, but run over a crack in the road and the right front rattles.

Question: What's the difference between alloy and aluminum wheels? Both are listed as OEM for the 2003 Trac.
