Well I just finished poping in the new transfer case, took about 1 1/2 hours. NO MORE NOISE. my wifew should be much happier on Mondays drive to work, as for now I get it all to myself for the weekend with no adult supervision. :D:D:D

My wife just came home and had a new noise in our 04 4x4. I have a rotational noise coming from the transfer case only in forward not reverse, 2 or 4 wheel drive sounds like a knock once for each rotation. Any ideas?

I got your sway bar on Saturday, Thanks the 94 mounts for thelinks were oppisite so I cut them off and made some new ones out of heavy steel. Wow much improved. Its almost fun driving the old explorer. :)

We took our 04 trac to see the relatives over the holidays, when I tried to use the cruise control the dash light only comes on for the second you push the button and of course it doesnt work. Anybody have this happen to them? What part was replaced?
