UPDATE: Well two days in the shop, one was broke passenger side right next to the stut. quoted at $400, but still under warranty! NO MORE TICKING NOISE!!!! had them look at the other side, they said those looked fine.

After putting down my back window yesterday, it had a squeaking/binding noise. What type of lubrication do you put on the felt? Is there a special kind? I dont want to have a complete mess! Brian

I have spend 30 min searching for this on the website: Are the pivots bolts or pins for the bed extender for a gen 2 the same for a gen 1? I found this in a tread: Ford calls them a screw & washer, P/N W707381-S900 (THIS WAS FOR A GEN 1) are gen 2s the same?

Make sure in Pandora => options => Bluetooth headset = enabled. Hope this helps
