My driver's side door lock wasn't unlocking with the power locks so I got another actuator but while I was putting it in I noticed that the lock itself seemed to be binding. I haven't put it back to gether yet but does anyone know if they are suposed to pull hard without the actuator in place...

My wipers won't shut off. They are stuck in the low on setting, I can get them to go to high but not off or intermittent. Any ideas?? Thanks JP
