pro comp 1069 + bfg at ta/ko question...

i currently have the stock 16" rims with bfg at ta/ko 265/75/16 tires on them ... i want to get the pro comp 1069 16" rims ... should i get the same size tire as i have now (is that the biggest size that will fit w/o rubbing on a non-modified st) ... thanks

no i have bfgoodrich 31"x10.5"x15"ers mud terrrains and they have no problem and no rub tire place said i probably could have gotten 33's on there go bigger with no prob

I believe the smallest 16" Pro Comp 1069 is 8" wide, stock ST wheels are 7" wide. With a 265/75-16 tire you will be fine. The 1069 is a good choice because it has the least backspace (4") of any 16x8 rim (that I've found).

I just got the pro-comp 1069s and they are awsome, go with the 16's there only like what 10 dollars more each?

True but 16" tires are often a lot more money than the same sized 15".
