Wire Drill Thru.....OWWWWW

I need help. One nice summer day I had the sunroof and rear window down, working to complete my install of my Kenwood hands free receiver, my Kenwood speakers and while installing my Pioneer Amp under the rear seat, I drilled into a bundle of wires. (Yes, my fault for not checking). Well, the wire involed in the drill apparently were the wires for the rear window and sunroof. Some how, the sunroof closed but I cant get the rear window up. Im trying to identify the broken wire but the problem is the jackets are intact but a wire might be broken inside. The tarp is on the truck but Im one step from taking it to the dealer. HELP!

Check the fuses..... Maybe it just shorted it...
