Is that carpet in that picture? Did you add that yourself, or does the 07 come with that standard?

That's the stock rubber floor. You can get carpet kits, though.

Is there an equivalent for a gen 1 trac? The woven tan mats are cool and all, but if could shirk the "explorer" namesake totally, that would be better. The ST ain't got nothin to do with the lowly, traditional, one-out-of-every-10-suvs-is-one explorer

I'm using the Husky Liners I originally got for my old Ranger.

I have the ones that Dingo pictured in my 04 and they are great. Holding up real well and really great in the winter as they will hold a lot of slush/water and can be easily taken out and dumped. Of course with the ST having that rubber floor (one of my favorite features) water and slush isn't that big of a deal anyway. This is where I bought mine but maybe check with a site sponsor to see if they can meet or beat the price.

I have those too. I think I paid $40.00 for the front pair. Last pretty long although, after a few years they did develop a crack at the transition from deep to shallow on the driver side. Still, I'd buy them again.

I'm on my second set like the ones pictured above in my '04 ST. I originally bought them for my '02 ST, and they lasted until last winter (five years). I finally had to order new ones because the driver's side wore out in the same place that Yardsale mentioned. Like firedog, I bought them from Fordpartspeople.com. Good folks with whom to do business.

I have some extreme mats, I think they were from autoanything.com. They suck ass, they would be great if I had an automatic but every mat I've seen so far interferes with the clutch. Good thing I have a utility bel...knife.

I agree with firedog, those are in my 04 too. Very sturdy, held up in the desert heat and now the cold snow and mud.
