If they would release these in the U.S. they would make a killing. These vehicles are beautiful and look fun. I would love the GT-P or the Force. If only they would be here.

Emissions, crash test, stupidity. Who knows. They brought the holden in as a gto and that tanked, so I guess people really don't want those.

Looks like a knock off,jap tuner car. All it needs is a coffee can muffler to go with the wing.

I like that. Australia usually has some body designs that, IMO, look rather goofy.

Those rides I really like.

THEY buy fords and do knockoffs. its not that ford really builds them, Aussies do. Holden, Morano, and Falcon (FPS) are their makes. I think maybe cause Aussies dont like us they wont sell them here. This is sweet though

Um...What, Nick B?

Holden is a subsidiary of GM. One of their former models was called a Holden Monaro.

Ford of Australia builds the Falcon.

FPV is the performance arm of Ford Oz, kinda like SVT was the performance arm of Ford USA. Built and tuned by Ford, sold through Ford dealers.

I"m not sure what you're going on about, but it doesn't make much sense.

Ford may bring the new Falcon over here a few years after it is introduced in Oz. GM is importing the Holden Commodore as the Pontiac G8, the new Camaro is being built on an Ozzie developed platform, and rumors that the VE Ute will return as a spiritual successor to the El Camnio.

On the flip side, Ford USA did have a car that looked very similar to a model down under; the Freestyle bore a very strong resemblance to the Territory exterior-wise, and the Freestyle basically flopped.

Fords best products are sold overseas. I cannot understand why they put in so little effort in the US to make their products desirable. I guess they thought they had a lock on their target buyers, since in the old days people tended to be loyal to brands. That sort of thinking is stupid these days when there are so many options to choose from.

I've looked at that site before. I love the looks of every one of them and think the same as many on here. What the hell is Ford thinking? The design and looks of the vehicles would probably adhear to the "younger croud". Why not bring a few of these over here and see how they sell? The Pursuit models I really like. I was always particular to the El Comino/Ranchero's of old.;)
