Used Factory Box Cover????

what do you guys think a fair price for a used factory cover for a 2001 is?



It will have to be re-keyed, not sure what that will cost, but have found one that I think might be a good deal.



Want your opinions first.



also is there any mounting hardware needed to be added to the trac to put one of these bad boys on?

You will need mounting hardware. Bracket at each corner as well as self tapping screws.



$300 ish seems to be a fair price from what I am reading.

If you are going to re-key it, maybe he will lower the price a tad..

Alright, so i bought a used one WITH another bed extender for $200.



Now I need to find the factory mounting hardware, does anyone have any kicking around? Ford wants $50.25cdn EACH and apparently there's 4 needed.

Chedk another dealer...People have bought all 4 mounting brackets for about $80. Unless there was a price increase and that $50.25 is per pair.



I have a set, but I am only selling them with my cover.

I show it being ford part number 286B70 and they are $50 each according to 3 dealers here in Edmonton now.... Wreckers don't seem to have anything....

It's this dang mounting hardware thats gonna be murder.
