I changed my upper control arm and I think the spec on the control arm bolts is like 82-110

The problem is with nothing connected the torque way so tight the arm did not budge up or down. I losened it alot and put it together into the knuckle and then I torqued it. It does make a dull noise every now and then is this ok? Should I hit it with silicone spray or lithium gease?

I also need to know do I need to grease the new ball joints and tie rod ends or are they pregreased?

I would not be worried about the upper control arm to frame torque. The alignmnet shop will have to do that to set alignment.

Yes, you always have to greae ball joints, UNLESS they do not have grease fittings.
