After 5 years of my big butt in the drivers seat I have noticed the padding has gone a little flat. Anyone know where to get upholstery supplies for some high quality seat padding? I figure this would be an easy do-it-yourself project.

You can actually buy a brand new OEM cushion from Ford for about $55-60 and just swap it out. Check out www.Fordpartsnetwork.com or www.1stfordparts.com and look in the body parts catalog.

Not bad for about $2.00 worth of polyurethane and $3.00 worth of stamped steel. Oh well, I guess someone has to pay for the tooling and machinery to make them, though...
