Lost turn signals and hazzard warning lights. Reading other forums suggest flasher relay. Took off panel to see under dash and could not find the relay. Ford dealer said in power distribution box. Where is this thing. It's a 2003 ST 4 wheel drive. Any and all help appreciated.

Could also be the turn signal harness in the column. Common issue in Gen 1 models. Try tilting your column all the way up and see if they work then. If so, pull the column trim and reposition the harness so it won't pull out of the turn signal switch when tilting the wheel down to your driving position.

HTH...

The flasher is located under a removable cover about 4 inches up from the accelerator pedal. It's not mounted on the firewall. It's mounted to a bracket that's attached to the dashboard. The flasher has five flat pins and simply unplugs. In these pics, the flasher is blue.
