Transmission code help

OD light started flashing today for the first time. p0732 incorrect 2nd gear ratio

What are the most common fixes? Haven't really noticed any issues with the trans. ITs always had (intermintently) a short shift from 2nd to 3rd.

Usually when I see this code it is the overdrive servo that is the issue. Sometimes the servo pin will actually wear through the servo itself but sometimes the servo bore gets messed up and if that happens the repair becomes a bit more complicated and expensive. Only way you are going to find out is by pulling the servo out...not a diy job unless you are extremely mechanically inclined adn not afraid ot transmissions

Some other members had this problem. Turned out to be the valve body gasket and new solenoids.

Some had to do a rebuild.
