Torsion Keys! How the F#@$ do you install these things?!

Ordered some torsion keys last week and finally got them delivered. Feeling curious as how to install these. Been googling a bit but cant find anything too useful as I am a young lad. lol. Any help is appreciated! :banana:

I have not done a Trac as of yet, but I have always lifted the vehicle to get the torsion pressure off the keys, then removed the bolts. Once I have done that, there has been enough room to slide them into place.
