tire changing tools?

I need to know where i could buy the tire tools that you use to let the jack up and down, and you would use them to let the tire down from under the truck. where would i find these? sorry about the info im on my cell phone thanks ok sorry i do not have ay at all. but i am not on the side of the road thank god
