well it is time to change and not just clean the idle air control vavle. $65.00. i wished i did not have to drop. but o well. got to be done. after yesurday idling at 2000-3000 rpms. it is time to change on top on sluggish take off. hope i don`t have to replace too much more before the trip in april to fort lost in the woods for two weeks. i think i have replaced just about everything else. we will see.

thanks

You may have problems with the ecu. Or something else. To continue to have idle and slugishness problems.

When our Gen1 started acting up, I went through just about everything for "odd" idle. Some one suggested disconnecting the battery for 10 or 15 minutes. Reconnect, start it up and let the computer relearn.

I know it sounds crazy but it worked.
