Thanks for the posting the update. Yep, you used a key word: "intentionally". That changes the charge from manslaughter to murder.



Thanks for posting the original too. There's quite a few on here that think there is no harm in street racing, and come here from time to time to boast about "smoking" some guy between lights. Childish, dangerous and simply totally lacking in respect of life; both one's own and others.
