Yes, I found 3 other sites that still seem to sell the flares, also found a site that sells a different fender with the flare already there.

Thanks Guys! A black set of these would look good on my trac. Just got all my lights blacked out and my cladding is getting re painted black (too much chipping!). These will just top it all off
