ST driveable without radio?

I need to pull my nav radio out to send off for repair. I've heard that systems other than audio are routed through the radio. If I reassemble the trim, will the truck ('10 STA) be driveable without the radio?

When you pull it our just start it, if it runs which I assume it will you will be fine.
